The Donald Project will create employment opportunities over a 42-year mine life. Our people can live locally, work mostly Monday-Friday, and build their futures in Victoria's beautiful Wimmera region. Local to the Wimmera or further afield? We’d love to hear from you.

Rehabilitation of each block will begin within five years. We expect to return land to productive farming in five to 10 years.

Strong work-life balance
Most roles will be Monday to Friday. Production operators and laboratory technicians will work continuous shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Maintenance teams will work Monday to Friday dayshifts with on-call coverage.
Training and development
Mining experience is an advantage but not essential. We'll offer training, apprenticeships, and partnerships with local education providers to support skill development.
