DMS values its place in the community and strives for relationships based on trust and goodwill.

In developing, building, and operating the Donald Project, we will do our best to minimise cause for complaint or concern. However, if issues arise, we have a strict internal Complaints and Grievance Management Procedure in place so we can respond in a timely, predictable, fair, and transparent manner.

In practice this means we will:

• Acknowledge any complaint within one business day
• Resolve the complaint within 20 business days. In the unlikely event we cannot, we may invite an independent mediator to help us reach a fair outcome.
• Keep you updated as we work to resolve the complaint
• Be accountable and transparent by reporting complaints and resolutions to the project Environmental Review Committee, which will include community representatives.
