Environmental Review Committee

DMS is establishing an Environmental Review Committee (ERC) for the Donald Project.

The ERC, a commitment under the project Environment Effects Statement, will:

• Scrutinise environmental performance against commitments in the Victorian Government-approved work plan
• Receive project updates
• Discuss community feedback

‍
An independent chairperson will lead meetings under formal Terms of Reference. Members will serve two-year renewable terms.

ERC embership will include representatives of community, government, and other local and regional interest and advocacy groups.
